2 Churrascos... maybe 3! (BBQ) Whats good yall!? this week was Temple week so we got to visit the Temple and we brought 4 of our recent converts with us! it was awesome... but we also had to wake up at 3:00 in the morning so i was dead haha. at the Temple i received some awesome news! some sisters were here at the temple a week or so ago and they ran into a guy i used to teach! The sisters told me everything that happened. My friend Everson is a guy i taught in my last area, Ala 2. He always had a ton of faith and desire to follow God and he was super nice! I love that guy. but one day he all the sudden said he wanted us to stop teaching him. outta nowhere. He said he had a lot of doubts and did not believe in Joseph Smith and just didn't want any more. I was extremely sad when this happened. He was super close to baptism too! but he asked us to stop teaching, and tried to return the Book Of Mormon that we had given him. I said nah bro you keepin that thing. lol but anyways a few ...

My buddy Elder Cutler cut out the appendix in his book of Mormon cuz he didnt need it, so God decided that he didn't need his either, and cut the appendix out of him... now he has 3 holes in his stomach missing an organ and we are helping them with their area while he is out of commission. Little funny... He got the surgery done at a 1.9 star rating hospital... and he said the doc showed up in jeans and crocs looking homeless... ope. Guys we had our interviews with President Bikman and a very rare moment occurred, he gave me praise! that has never happened. Normally he tells us we are sinners and need to do better. which is true every moment of our lives lol. but he said I am doing good, and doing good work. it felt really good to hear that, cuz i am usually hard on myself, always thinking i am not enough, not doing enough, and people expect more out of me. so it felt good to hear that i am doing good. Hey guys! Love yall, it has been another week here in Brazil. One thing I have forgotten to mention is that the water heater in this area does not work so the water is always pretty cold. i can get in there just fine but we are Baptizing all these youth and it is super cold to them haha. My buddy Marcio would have loved it! Our recent convert friend Luan Baptized a girl we had been working with named Thaeme and he almost didn't get in the water to baptize her cuz it was cold hahaha. But ya! one more Baptism! one more soul choosing to follow God! lets goooo! I had a dope division this week with a lot more eventful things than I would have hoped for... but our District leader came here with his comp to spend the night, and I got to work with the comp. Alrighty i have retired my first pair of shoes, my black shoes were destroyed! the material was breaking apart on the outside and the inside and well. Soo i bought a pair of boots and they are super nice! hopefully they last a while.... I also got some cheap shooting shoes for futebol. We have played only a few times but i am learning to play quickly! I am not that great but my comp said I have improved a ton with just playing 3 times! Everyone...

Feliz Páscoa! Happy Easter! Easter kinda casually came along snuck up on and surprised me as all holidays do on the mission, but Easter is literally the reason I am here serving.
